If the '5' rating shown above means "Five Star" then Tony and Jay get my top billing. They re-set a door onto my patio to solve draughts, replaced its broken handle ( with exactly the same style ), and replaced a large 'blown' double-glazed unit in a bedroom window . They have effectively returned the door and window to "as new" condition. To impress further, the work was done inside an hour . These two guys are "the Fifth Cavalry" , coming to save the day in the nick of time ! Best of all, apart from repairing faults they will quote competitively for new installations ... which means that any further work done to my house will be put into their capable hands.
