Service above and beyond the call of duty! I had an emergency when the hinge of a window frame failed and unit fell onto roof of bay window below on a Sunday night. Inside Out responded to my plea for help on a local Facebook page and came out the next morning, managing to salvage the window and refit with new hinges.
